"If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail"

A bit unfortunate, but the above quote from Abraham Maslow (you know, "the one with the pyramid") often applies to business and/or personal coaches. They are very strong in one area, even authorities. But we have yet to see a company that was solely financial or solely sales and marketing or solely ... you name it...

A company that takes on a coach needs a generalist, with a broad view of things, who connects people as well as things from their experience. They ensure that – from practice – your company starts running smoothly again.

Often it’s the small things, even more often it’s things you already knew. Only, you no longer get around to applying them.

Recognizable? What you need is a tailored guidance program – to which you can always revert in case of emergency or necessity.
