They are very strong in one area, even authorities. But we have yet to see a company that was solely financial or solely sales and marketing or solely ... you name it...
A company that takes on a coach needs a generalist, with a broad view of things, who connects people as well as things from their experience. They ensure that – from practice – your company starts running smoothly again.
Often it’s the small things, even more often it’s things you already knew. Only, you no longer get around to applying them.
Don't stop at the end
After that training/course, you are all enthusiasm to put all those new insights into practice. And you succeed in that as well. The results speak for themselves: this was a bullseye.

Certainly after a few weeks, when you are caught up again by the pressure and the busyness. And you no longer get around to monetizing that expensive training.
